Phoenix Mills Confirms Grand Hyatt Bangalore Hotel Development

Phoenix Mills announced it is currently developing Grand Hyatt Bangalore with approximately 400 keys, while additional hospitality projects with nearly 1,200 keys are under planning across select locations.

Location and Integration

The hotel forms part of Phoenix Marketcity, located on Whitefield Main Road in Singayyanapalya, Mahadevapura. The property integrates the hotel with the largest mall in Bangalore by area, housing 296 stores on four floors with 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. This mixed-use approach aligns with Phoenix Mills' strategy of combining hospitality with retail and commercial assets.

Broader Hospitality Expansion

In the hospitality segment, PML owns two premium hotels totalling 588 keys, including the flagship The St. Regis Mumbai. The Grand Hyatt Bangalore represents a significant expansion of the company's hotel portfolio. The Company is currently constructing the Grand Hyatt Bangalore (~400 keys) and plans to soon commence construction of ~700 keys across two new hotels. A further two hotels with approximately 500 keys are under planning at existing mixed-use destinations.
