PHOENIX MARKETCITY BANGALORE WHITEFIELD CAMPUS PHASE 3 EXPANSION — New Project Coming Up in Whitefield, Bangalore

Expansion of Phoenix MarketCity Bangalore Whitefield Campus

Phoenix MarketCity is located on Whitefield Main Road in Mahadevapura and currently operates as a 1,000,000 square foot retail mall housed across four floors, featuring 296 stores. Opened in 2011, the property serves as a major lifestyle and entertainment destination in the city's IT hub.

Phase 3 Campus Development

The mall has proposed significant developments, including the addition of office spaces totaling around 1.6 million square feet as part of Phase 2 and Phase 3 expansions, targeted for completion around 2025, with the integration aiming to transform the site into a mixed-use super campus combining retail, hospitality, and commercial elements.

The proposed expansion includes office space across 2 blocks comprising 3 basements plus ground and 17 floors totaling 1.1 million square feet, retail space expansion of 200,000 square feet, and a Hyatt Hotel with 400 keys occupying the 5th through 17th floors, with banquet facilities on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Location and Connectivity

Key infrastructure upgrades like the Namma Metro Purple Line extension, Whitefield Main Road widening, and improved connectivity to ITPL, Outer Ring Road, and Sarjapur further enhance the area's appeal. The vicinity of numerous IT parks, shopping destinations and top of the line private undertakings make Whitefield a highly favored destination of investors.
